Mike's family on the Dimick side has a tradition to meet every year near Moab to camp, ride four-wheelers, motorcycles, and Jeeps. We haven't been since we got married, so we decided to cut loose and drive the ten hours down.

We had a lot of fun, got some good pictures and caught up with relatives. There was a nasty sand storm the night we got there, but it blew over after a couple of hours. Mike and I went for a hike while Grandpa Dan took Josh for a ride.

We spent the next day riding four wheelers to an abandoned uranium mine down by the Green River. We only had three accidents in the whole group and had sunburned but happy faces at the end of the ride.
Mike's cousin, Bailee, caught a couple of lizards and let Josh hold them. He was so gentle with it and laughed as he watched them run away on the rocks when he let them go. He held on to one lizard for like fifteen minutes as he wandered around and explored.
