I love the baby animals that just seem to pop up everywhere, especially in the country. Here is a couple of our new additions to our farm. So far, eleven calves down, six more to go! We had one goat kid, and have three more goats ready to kid soon. Our chickens have gone crazy laying eggs since the increase in hours of sunshine and some of our hens have started setting.
The green! Green everywhere! And flowers! Yay for spring!
The ground thawed and I finished installing our new sprinkler system! Thanks to my training as a foreman years ago, we spent $600.00 to install sprinklers on our acre + yard instead of $4,500.00!
Oh, the wonderful sunshine that brings warm temperatures as well as the few rain showers! I wore flip-flops today! Hooray!
