Gingerbread houses

After seeing the adorable gingerbread houses that were displayed at Holly Days, we decided that we wanted to make some. Well, I didnt have the right ingredients, and I wanted to make the frosting somewhat healthy, so when we started to glue the pieces together, they held for a couple of seconds and then melted like they were in an earthquake. We decorated them anyway and had a good laugh as we ate my healthy frosting!
